Reed's are pleased to announce that our new Tennis School to provide community tennis to the local area is now up and running; all courses and camps are open to Reed’s pupils and families as well. Termly courses can be booked for all age groups and adult sessions are also available during the day and evenings.
All our lessons take place with a fully qualified coach in our state-of-the-art Indoor Tennis Centre or on our outside courts in the summer if the weather is warm.
Courses for adults at beginner, intermediate and advanced level are also available.
We are delighted to have more classes available, enabling those who want to play more to come at least twice a week and to offer a Performance Pathway for those wanting to follow that route. We will also be running tournaments for all levels throughout the year.
Our Mini Red, Orange and Green classes will run on Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings - with some minor time changes, for example Saturday and Wednesday Mini Reds have been extended and so will run 9.15 – 10.15am and 4.15 - 5.15pm respectively.
Our new Advanced Green and Performance Orange classes are by invitation/acceptance only, including our new Reed’s Junior Academy aimed at 8-10 year olds. The Reed’s Junior Academy is for top County players (boys and girls) who are competing regularly and can provide a pathway for those achieving the right standards and pre-requisites to apply for the new Regional Player Development Centre starting at Reed’s in September.
For our full ball players, we are pleased to be offering even more classes for all standards and the popular Saturday Matchplay is continuing on Saturday afternoons.
All classes can be booked and paid for online by following the links in the timetable that can be downloaded via the link below. Please register yourself and then add your child as a player.
