Skiing

Reed’s is one the premier skiing schools in Great Britain and is the school of choice for many exceptionally talented young ski racers, providing them with the necessary support to allow them to realise their potential in skiing, receiving a first class education alongside the skiing opportunities available.

The Skiing Programme fully supports pupils academically through the ski season whilst they are training on snow, away from school. It also assists in the planning of training and competition schedules, offers access to a tailored fitness development, monitoring and testing programme through our High Performance Programme and works in partnership with The British Ski Academy and Ambition Ski Racing. Highly regarded former racers with British Team, World Cup and Olympic experience provide expert guidance.

Our boys’ and girls’ teams won team won gold medals at both snow and artificial British Championships and were the overall Interschools Ski Challenge Champions to cap an amazing season.

Many of our pupils have been selected for National Ski teams and international races, with a record 14 pupils enjoying this accolade last season alone.

“I am continually impressed by the way in which our top skiers balance academic and skiing excellence. They work hard, train hard and ski faster!”
